Pakistan National With Huji Links Arrested: A man suspected to be a Pakistani National having links with HuJI has been arrested by the Hyderabad Police today.

A special task force police team of South Zone Central Crime Station, a wing of Hyderabad police has arrested four people who were suspected to be having links with the Harkat-ul-Jihadi Al-Islami (HUJI) has been arrested on Friday.

The Police officials confirmed that they have arrested a Pakistani national, two Bangladeshis and a Mayanmarese national from the Old City area.
According to the sources Mohammed Nazi who was a Pakistani nationalist and four others were taking shelter in a house at Chanchalguda area for the last two months. They were staying in India illegally with fake passports and without valid documents. The Police officials reported that they have arrested two local agents also.
The Police officials said. “We are still verifying about their intentions of illegal stay in city. They are already in possession of several fake ID proofs in their names. These four members have been in touch with two locals who were facilitating their stay.”
An extensive search operation has been launched by the city police officials for the last couple of days across the city after Hyderabad figured among the few cities to get specific alert to be on the toes on eve of Independence Day.
The city police were expected to hold a media conference to give a detailed information to the media till today evening. Hyderabad had the history of having HUJI sympathisers and some people are still in jail for their links with the outfit.
