France’s Constitutional Council is to rule this week on whether bullfighting is compatible with the country’s constitution — in effect, deciding whether or not it should be banned.

The game which many considered cruel is already banned in some provinces of Spain.

Sources said the ban might be finally in place if not it will be done with strict guidelines.
