Eligibility Criteria:
Educational Qualification:
Sr. Executive (Law) – Degree in Law (LLB – 3 years) or Degree in 5 years integrated course in Law with at least II division from a recognized Institute/University.
Sr. Executive (HR)- MBA/ Post Graduate Degree/Diploma of 2 years duration from recognized Institute/ University with specialization in Personnel Management & Industrial Relations/ Human Resource Management with at least Ist Division or equivalent CGPA.
Dy. General Manager (Engg.)- B.E/B.Tech in Electrical/ Mechanical or equivalent from a recognized Institute/University with pass marks/percentage or equivalent CGPA.
Sr. Executive (Engg.)- B.E/B.Tech or equivalent in Electrical Engineering from a recognized Institute/University with pass marks/percentage or equivalent CGPA.
Chief Manager (F&A) – Graduate from a recognized Institute /University and CA/ICWA Or Candidates having B.Com & MBA (Fin.) from a recognized Institute/ University with pass marks/ percentage or equivalent CGPA can apply.

Age Limit:
Sr. Executive (Law)- Maximum age limit is 30 years
Sr. Executive (HR)- Maximum age limit is 30 years
Dy. General Manager (Engg.)- Maximum age limit is 48 years
Sr. Executive (Engg.)- Maximum age limit is 28 years
Chief Manager (F&A)- Maximum age limit is 45 years

Selection Procedure:
The selection of the candidates will be done on the basis of the interview/exam conducted by the organization.
