Pakistan was rocked today by a powerful blast that blew up the office of Punjab province Home Minister Shuja Khanzada in the blast, the blast was so powerful it killed seven people including the Home Minster who were buried under the rubble.

So far no has claimed the responsibility of attack, the blast that was so severe it broke the roof of the building and at least 25 were crushed under the rubble that even included the minster.
The home minister was still in the office during the time of the blast and the roof top that falls due to blast buried him along with that at least 25 people were also buried.
The death of seven has been confirmed by the officials but the toll can go up as the rescuers are still looking for the bodies in the rubble. Those injured has been taken to the near by hospital.
Still it is not confirmed as how the blast has occurred but initials report suggests based on the statement from the witness who claimed that a suicide bomber blew himself up.
In October last year, Khanzada was given charge of the home department and has been actively involved in major operations against terror outfits.
